Responsibilities:

- Report directly to the Senior Finance Manager
- Perform manufacturing plants financial review & analysis
- Enhance group control policies on finance and related business issues in manufacturing plants
- Recommend ways to improve the existing management reports in order to enhance the work flow efficiency and effectiveness
- Work closely with local country finance head to resolve emerging finance issues
- To develop reporting standardization and facilitate improvement
- Prepare monthly rolling forecast and annual budget

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree holder and qualified accountant
- 7 to 8 years of working experience with at least 3 to 4 years on supervisory level; experience in working for garment manufacturing industry will be an advantage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail minded, able to work independently and under pressure
- Self-motivated, initiative and high integrity
- Good command of both spoken and written in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
-  Occasionally travel to PRC is required
