Accountabilities and activities

• Provide clerical support to the department including copying, filing and data entry
• Sorting incoming mails
• Contact customers to follow up some outstanding issues
• Follow up customers' request with other departments

To be successful in the position, you should have

• F.5 or above
• Customer-oriented
• Good command of English and Chinese in both written and spoken
• Sound PC skills in MS Word, Excel & Chinese word processing

Working days and hours:
Post 1: 09:00 - 13:00 Monday to Friday
Post 2: 14:00 - 18:00 Monday to Friday
Post 3: 09:00 - 18:00 Monday to Friday (8 hours per day)

Salary: on hourly basis
