Our client is a leading Insurance Company in Hong Kong is looking for a competent calibre to join the Company which devotes to provide a caring environment with a great career development to their employees. Responsibilities:

• Assist the department head to develop and implement business strategies
• Formulate and implement business plans, promote sales growth and set new business profit contribution targets
• Provide all-rounded sales services to the clients
• Provide sales supports to the IFA & Brokers
• Conduct training to IFA & Brokers
• Develop IFA & Brokerage network in Hong Kong
• Any ad hoc project as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or above in Business, Finance or relevant disciplines
• At least 5 years’ experience in life insurance (distribution area)
• Holder of Insurance qualifications (e.g. LOMA, CII) is preferred
• Familiar with business plan preparation
• Knowledge in IFA & Brokerage market such as key players, trends and channel needs
• Knowledge in profit drivers of life business and regulatory framework
• Network with HK financial services sector is an asset
• Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English, fluent Mandarin is a an advantage
• Good interpersonal, communication & presentation skills, strong in numbers
• Immediate availability is preferred
