Responsibilities:

• Communicate and follow-up with vendors, customers and other operational contacts, delivery arrangement
• Assist in order coordination, customer support and related sales  activities
• Provide quality service and product information to clients
• Prepare quotation and effective sales and delivery
• Get design briefing from client and transmitting clear and accurate messages to designers in turn
• Handle admin duties and clerical support, prepare ISO audit documents
• Provide all-rounded secretarial support to senior management
• Manage business & social calendar, travel schedules 
• Assist in ad hoc projects and assignments
• Assist Sales team for order taking and reports preparation

Requirements:

• F.7 or above with at least 2-3 year secretarial / administrative working experience preferred
• Good written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good command of written and spoken Mandarin and Cantonese, good command of reading and written English
• Self-motivated, mature and enjoy team work
• Proficiency in PC operations, Chinese Typing and MS office
• Good coordination skill and communication skill
• Able to work overtime and meet tight deadlines
