Job Description
Our client, a reputable local bank, is seeking a candidate to join their team. Focusing on handling customers' enquiries, candidate is responsible for:
Role and responsibilities
- Handles customer enquires and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction and all service standards are met
- Cross selling banking products including credit card, card loans and personal loans to customer.
Requirements:
- Form 5/HKDSE or above
- 1-2 years’ experience in Customer Services / Call Centre and familiar with bank products
- Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Able to work independently under pressure
