Our client, a reputable local bank, is seeking an experienced candidate to join their Credit Risk team. Focusing on Credit Approval for mortgage loans and SME secured loans, candidate is responsible for:

Responsibilities:

• Approve mortgage and SME secured loan applications, and make recommendation where appropriate
• Perform portfolio review and credit control review
• Provide guidance to credit risk analysts in analyzing and reviewing credit recommendations and applications
• Recognize, analyze and interpret problem loan situations including loan/credit restructuring, referring to credit review guidelines and within broad parameters of credit review process

Requirements:

• University degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in retail credit
• Solid experience in secured loan approval 
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
