Responsibilities :

• Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, compensation & benefits, payroll calculation, personnel record, attendance and leave record, taxation and MPF administration.
• Handle all administration work including company insurance, telephone and network system, office renovation and maintenance, motor vehicles license renewal, etc.
• Supervise reception duties and office procurement.
• Assist Personnel & Administration Manager to implement company policies and procedures.
• Perform ad hoc projects and assignments as required.

Requirements :

• Diploma in HR management or related discipline, degree holder will be an advantage.
• At least 5 years all-rounded personnel and administration working experience.
• Familiar with Employment Ordinance, Taxation and MPF Ordinance.
• Solid experience in handling office administration and renovation.
• Familiar with MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
• Good command in both spoken and written Chinese and English
• Independent and work under pressure
• Immediate available is preferred
