Responsibilities:

• Assist the project team to handle/manage construction and A&A projects with respect to E&M aspects
• Able to coordinate with relevant parties for E&M services installation arrangement; and to monitor CSD/CBWD production, works progress and quality
• Able to attend ad-hoc maintenance works, tackle any problems, seek quotations and monitor site works independently
• Responsible for co-ordination with consultants, contractors and architects on site matters

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering
• Minimum 3 years' relevant experience with at least 2 years' construction site experience
• Good communication skill
• Proficiency in PC application including MS Office and AutoCAD
• Holder of registered electrical worker will be an advantage
