Selection Criteria:

• Certificate or diploma in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering or equivalent
• Preferably having experience of Modelling and Forecasting. More advanced applications such as AutoCAD, Microstation, Photoshop, etc will be of advantage.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, preferably also Putonghua
• Willing to travel if required
