Qualification/Requirements:-

• Diploma / High Certificate in Building Studies/ Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• 1 year experience in quantity surveying of fitting out work in interior contracting firm is preferable
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Good communication skill with client

Scope of Major Duties:

• Preparing tender and contract documents
• Analyzing outcomes and writing detailed progress reports
• Assist in applying interim payment , preparing final account and variation orders
• Responsible for measurement of works, cost control of sub-contractor’s contract
• Undertaking cost analysis for tender and quotations from sub-contractors & suppliers
• Identifying, analyzing and developing responses to commercial risks
• Advising on procurement strategy
