Job Description
- Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Interior Design, Project Management, Construction Management, or relevant disciplines.
- Minimum 6 years post-qualification experience, particularly in MID TO HIGH-END RETAIL PROJECTS.
- Experience of luxury retail design is highly desirable but not essential.
- Strong in architecture / interior design, documentation, project administration, handling construction drawings, and design detailing.
- Interface with clients, landlords, consultants, contractors and suppliers required.
- Must have strong organisation, time management and people skills, and be able to multi-task and work under pressure.
- Proficiency and efficiency in MS Office, Email, MS Project, AutoCAD and Photoshop.
- Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin a must. French a plus.
- Must be willing to travel.
