Responsibilities:

• Handle phone calls and general enquires;
• Arrange daily courier delivery;
• Assist in leave entry and maintain leave record;
• Support other ad hoc duties.

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above;
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in the same position;
• Good in spoken English, Mandarin & Cantonese;
• Proficiency in using MS Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing;
• Cheerful, responsible and hard-working;
• Good telephone manner, interpersonal and communication skills;
• General knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordiance preferable;
• Work location: Yuen Long
