•Degree / Higher Diploma in Building Studies / Architectural Studies / Structural Engineering / Civil Engineering or construction related discipline.

•Minimum 3 years relevant experience in building construction with at least 3 years experience

•Able to work independently with good problem-solving skills.

•Able to lead to a team to achieve timely delivery of project.

•Strong leadership and able to work under pressure

•Required to coordinate with sub-contractors and the architects as well as consultants

•Immediate available preferred

•Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
