Responsibilities

• Assist to develop business development strategy including marketing and external communication;
• Assist in preparation of tender documentation and service proposal;
• Maintain and update company portfolio, website and collateral written materials for publications and exhibition.

Requirements

• University graduate with strong presentation and literacy ability preferably in humanity subjects such as Art, History, Languages, Design or related discipline, first degree in Architecture or Architectural History will be an advantage;
• Working experience in related field including business development and marketing will be an advantage but not essential;
• Good computer literacy in MS Office, MS Excel and knowledge with Adobe Design Suite would be an advantage;
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua) with translation skill;
• Well-organised, strong coordination and effective communication skills with team spirit;
• Able to work to a demanding schedule that will include overseas travel.
