• Degree in Building Services/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
• Relevant professional qualifications such as CEng MCIBSE, MIET, MIMechE or MHKIE
• Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience including at least 3 years of project management, commercial building fitting-out and renovation works experience
• Support Project Manager to oversee building services aspects from inception design to project completion stages and handover to end-user
• Overseeing and supervising the installation of building services systems as well as testing and commissioning
• Coordinate with project consultants, contractors and building management office
• Ability to handle BS co-ordination, schedule, documentation and progress control,
• Self-motivated, independent, responsible and hardworking,
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS office including Word and Excel.
