Qualification/Requirements:-

• At least 5 years experience in managing retail fitting out project
• Less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager
• Degree / Diploma / Certificate holder in building / engineering studies
• Excellent written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Good spoken Mandarin preferred
• Excellent knowledge of fitting out works with good project management skills
• Good communication skill with client
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office
• Holder of Macau I.D. is preferable for candidate applied for the position station in Macau.

Scope of Major Duties:

• Responsible for the time management of the project program and ensuring that the project programs are achieved.
• Ensuring that the team is achieving the necessary standards of quality.
• Responsible for the overall cost management process with regards to budgets, cost reports and cost planning as required.
• Understand and monitor the work process and ensure that all submissions are compliant with clients’ request and contract condition.
• Pricing tenders and preparing quotations
• Prepare progress report
• Coordinate with Project Designer and Site Foreman for any design alteration initiated by client
• Coordinate and liaise with sub-contractors including on-site supervision, progress monitoring and quality control
• Identify and report any deviations from drawings due to site matters
• Identify and report any cost and time implication due to variations
