Responsibilities:

ž            Handle customer enquiries.

ž            Screen applications including Certificates of Origin and Trade Declarations.

ž            Collect applications and payment over counter.

ž            Input data in Chinese and English.

ž            Prepare assorted operation reports.

Requirements:

ž            Form 7 or above.

ž            At least 3 years’ working experience in customer services.

ž            Good knowledge in trade documents is an advantage but not essential.

ž            Good customer service attitude with high degree of integrity.

ž            Responsible, pleasant, self-motivated, and be able to work under pressure.

ž            Good knowledge in Words, Excel.

ž            Fast and accurate typing (English and Chinese) is required.

ž            Fluent in spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese).
