Reporting to the Head of Accounting and Administration Department, the position is responsible for:

• To assist in all-rounded human resources matters and functions such as recruitment, training, medical insurance, employee compensation and salaries taxation
• To maintain and update personnel and leave records
• To prepare staff payroll, OT pay, bonus and MPF
• To assist in implementation of company policy, performance appraisal exercise and other events
• To assist in various and ad hoc projects
• To assist in account team daily duties
• Handle general office administration duties

The enthusiastic and diligent candidates should fulfill the following requirements:

• Degree Holder
• 2-3 years of working experience in handling human resources and administration, have experience in finance and accounting is a plus
• Well versed in Employment Ordinance and related HR ordinances
• Familiar with Excel and ERP systems, preferably knowledge in SAP
• Good command of written and spoken English
• High level of integrity, strong sense of responsibility, mature, independent, flexible and able to work under pressure and meet deadline
• Self-motivated, Highly analytical and good problem-solving skills, detail oriented and well organized
• Immediate available is a MUST
