Individual contributor responsible for the creation of commercially viable product designs across collections. Coordinate and deliver brand-right designs that tie back to the overall concept and business strategy; encompassing style, color/print, fit and fabric for new/existing product lines. Solid working knowledge of fashion trends and consumer needs to bra designs.

Job Responsibilities

l   Creation of brand-right, commercial designs that reflect the conceptual direction/business strategy

l   Deliver design sketches/prototypes and provide specifications

l   Adapt designs based on feedback, incorporating for finalization

l   Utilize resources in sourcing new ideas, both internally and externally, and stay up to date on competitor research/trend analysis

l   Collaborate and follow-up on deliverables with key partners throughout the design process including Marketing & Product Development team

l   Brainstorm and present ideas to team

l   Prepare materials for meetings and presentations and coordinate logistics

l   Acute attention-to-detail, tracking progress and anticipate potential issues

l   Build and maintain key professional relationships

l   Reports to Head of Design

Requirements

l   Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma (Poly U or Technical Institutions) in Design

l   Must have a minimum of 1 year prior experience in bra design

l   Exceptional talent with a commercial fashion eye and detail in product styling/performance

l   Customer first philosophy

l   Collaborative partner with a team-oriented approach

l   Highly motivated, passionate and results oriented

l   Solid communication and presentation skills

l   Champion for change and able to react with speed and agility

l   Flexible and creative problem solver

l   Personal professionalism and accountable

l   Must be proficient in Illustrator and Microsoft Office

l   Moderate travel to Mainland China factory

l   Fluent in both English and Mandarin would be an advantage
