Job Description
Responsibilities:
Mainly reports to Director of Sales International
Mainly reports to Director of Sales International
- Serve as the main support for all retail, franchise and wholesale accounts.
- Support business across all Alexander Wang product categories to include: Mens and Womens RTW, T by AW, Handbags, SLG’s, Footwear and Objects (four seasons annually).
- High level of coordination and communication with the Logistics, Order Management, NY/Paris Sales, Accounting and Retail departments.
- Support all seasonal sales order entry, order updates and reorders for Asia region.
- Daily follow up on payments, credit issues, customer inquiries and requests.
- Update orders based on direction from Order Management/Merchandising regarding production issues, delays or shortages.
- Submit weekly/ monthly retail reports and visual merchandising report to identify, evaluate and secure potential new accounts
- Make competitive and positioning analysis vs key competitors/adjacent target brands
- Update wholesale/retail projection charts on seasonal basis (pre-market, in market & actual)
- Meeting and travel arrangements and budget planning
- Creating Lookbooks or EU/Asia press kits
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications or Business related disciplines.
- At least 1 year of solid experience in luxury brand.
- Knowledgeble in high fashion marketing is a definite advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks and work independently.
- Excellent command of MS office and
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent command in English and Japanese.
