RESPONSIBILITIES
• Teach secondary school students essential test taking strategies and skills needed to excel at the SAT exam
• Prepare for classes and constantly be professional and ready for all students needs and questions
• Constantly monitor and motivate students to help them perform well on standardized tests
• Work with other team members to constantly revise and improve the curriculum so it is always the best product available in the market
• Help the managing and sales teams with presentation as needed
• Be willing to take larger roles on the team over time
QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Experience:
o Native English Speaker from the United States or Canada; other native English candidates are also qualified if s/he has met the following criteria: 
o A 4 year degree from a Top U.S. University/College
o 2 or more years teaching the SAT to High School Students in Asia
o Have taken the SAT or ACT

Skills & Abilities:

• Strong command, understanding and experience teaching of the SAT 
• A strong desire to teach, mentor and help students reach their full potential
• Excellent presentation skills and a personable attitude which easily adapts to many different personalities in and outside the classroom
• Ability to manage and prioritize classroom/online student needs and job responsibilities
• The maturity to be able to separate the relationship of being a teacher/mentor and being a friend to the students
• And being a strong team player

Preferred, but more importantly, a desire to learn the following would be ideal: 
o Have taken the test and scored a 700 or higher on each of the 3 sections
o ACT, SSAT or other standardized test teaching experience
o Experience in a top SAT Academy in Asia
