Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of retail customer transactions over the counter in a professional manner
• Cross-sell retail banking products and refer potential customers to customer services colleagues
• Support back-end branch operations

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above with at least 5 subjects at Grade E / Level 2 or above in the HKCEE, including Chinese, English and Mathematics
• Detail-minded and customer-oriented
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin preferred
