• Assist in project management including quotation preparation, tender submission, coordination of construction process, delivery and after sales services.
• Produce product specifications and correspondences by reviewing, editing, summarizing and arranging drawings, data and text.  
• Coordinate with naval architects, designers, consultants and suppliers for pricing, marketing and technical supports.
• Maintain project databank to ensure proper access, storage and retrieval of related information. 

Requirements:

• High Diploma / Degree in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering or related disciplines
• Exposure in yachting / boating industry, with relevant license is definitely an advantage.
• Minimum two year of relevant experience in project coordination.
• Proactive, good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Familiar with AutoCAD and Microsoft office applications
• Based in Hong Kong with frequent travel.
• Applicant with more experience will consider as Senior Project Coordinator.
