Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, coordinate, and control resources for successful completion of plant relocation projects. These include building construction & installation, IT System, machinery/ equipment testing & commissioning, production schedule changes, transportation team compliance, etc.
• Analyze the factors leading to road blocks and resistance to deter the project progress
• Work with the clients on site to find out the problems, and then resolve them professionally
• Organize workshops and training sessions to the concerned parties to make the relocation a smooth exercise
• Prepare progress reports and other presentations as needed
• May need to work on multiple projects at one time
• Carry out other duties as assigned by the Management

Requirements

• University graduate in engineering or related disciplines
• At least 10 working experience in operations environment
• Good knowledge about the project management skills and tools such as Microsoft Project
• Previous exposure in similar capacities of factory or plant relocation or expansion will be a plus
• Good communications skills with positive attitude
