RESPONSIBILITIES:

 * Evaluate, identify & resolve the potential quality problem of live product and new product

 * Review & monitor the supplier and QC performance with regular reporting

 * Develop & maintenance the quality system & technical document

 * Conduct the continuous quality improvement exercise in the area of production & product itself

 * Liaise & investigate the claims and quality complaint issues with supplier and customer

 * Support the product development and buying trip if necessary

REQUIRMENTS:

• Candidates must have Higher Diploma or above in Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing/Production Engineering or related field
• At least 1 years working experience in furniture area & take the role in technical/quality position
• Good understanding for the manufacturing process, product design, material & construction, testing/compliance regulation & quality inspection for the furniture and/or hardgoods item.
• Has knowledge & experience in ceramic basin, bathtub & shower cabin is an advantage but not a must
• Good analytical & presentation skill and able to work independently
• Good written & oral communication skills in English & Mandarin
• Occasionally travel to China is required
