Foundry Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

• Responsible for process improvement, manufacturing and quality systems
• New material & product development 

Requirements

• Degree in Metallurgy/Casting/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• 5 years experience in foundry operations or other production operations
• Business oriented, creative, innovative and analytical
• Mature, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• English proficiency is a must; Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua) proficiency is an added advantage.
• Station in Shenzhen

Production Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee a full shift production operations
• Meet quality, cost and schedule goals
• Initiate improvement programs on overall productivity, including process consistency and efficiency, product quality, production flexibility, lead time and operating costs  

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent
• 10 years plus experience in manufacturing preferably with foundry/other production operations or machineries industries 
• Knowledge and experience in ISO, 5S and lean manufacturing
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
• Innovative, mature, aggressive, dynamic and self-initiative
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Station in Shenzhen
