Our Client is a well-known food company in HK. For business expansion, they are currently seeking a professional to join their company.

Responsibilities:

• To set up and manage the sales team to achieve annual budget and KPI
• To plan and execute sales and channel development, maintain trade relationships to achieve market penetration, revenue, profitability and brand positioning targets
• To bring the market information and to prepare forecast for current and coming seasons
• To gather and analyze data on consumers, retailers and competitors for sales forecast and identifying new business opportunities
• To lead and motivate sales team, ensuring high morale and achievement of profitability

Requirements:

• Degree holder in any discipline
• A minimum of 8 years relevant experience on sales management, preferably from F&B sector
• Knowledge and working experience on Wine related will be a definite advantage
• Mature, analytical and energetic with good communication skills
• Fluent in Chinese and English
