Our Client is a well-known international F&B and catering company. They are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join them.

Responsibilities:

• To manage the sales operation team to drive for business expansion, achieving sales and profit target, ensuring the operations are in accordance with the company policies
• Manage and control the food quality, hygiene, HACCP
• Working closely with marketing team, identify market opportunities and develop sales strategies, help implementing sales and promotions programs
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients
• Collect sales analysis to support forecast and control the expenses  

Requirements:

• Diploma or above
• 6 years’ sales operation and business development experience, preferably from catering or food service related industry
• Solid field sales and operation management experience in F&B sector is an advantage
• Motivated, analytical, strong leadership and people management skill
• Good command of Chinese and English
• Candidate with lesser experience will be considered as Assistant District Manager
