Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Monitor the related IT systems and facilities in production by conduct regular health check, rehearsal, upgrade and etc.
- Trouble-shoot, manage and escalate IT incident or problem according to the procedures
- Administering, supporting and upgrading multiple Wintel / Linux server environments running from single server solutions to large server farms
- Monitor and alert on all aspects of the LAN, WAN and server estate (including applications and systems such Wintel / Linux Servers, Storage etc.)
- Allocate storage to Windows/Linux servers
- Manage/implement advanced SAN storage provisioning/tuning
- Oversee and implement storage system upgrade and optimization strategies
- Perform installation and trouble-shooting of Linux Servers
- Regular Linux servers patching activities; patch operation execution through patch management tools
- Server monitoring and alert handling; perform daily health check to servers systems
Requirements:
- Diploma holders or above in IT related disciplines;
- With 2 years or above working experience on Wintel and storage
- Experience on infrastructure setup is a plus
- Experience with Windows 2008/2012 Servers, Windows Clustering, Active Directory
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
- MCIPT / MCSE / Linux LPI certificate holder is an advantage
