ASL Security Operation Center (SOC) is one of the most established SOCs in Hong Kong since its opening in 2012.  We are now expanding our SOC and our managed security service (MSS) offerings to continue delivering value to our customers.  We are looking for high calibre talents to join our MSS team to be part of the team to build grow our SOC as one of the best across the region.

Responsibilities:

• Continuous propose and lead the implementation of new tools to enhance our SOC capabilities
• Act as trusted advisor to our customer and build long term relationship
• Design, implement and ensure smooth transition of MSS to meet customer's IT security requirements
• Lead the development and maintenance of MSS processes and operational procedures for security operation centre (SOC)
• Keep tracking of latest and newly evolved cyber security threats and technologies and provide recommendation on the development and enhancement of MSS infrastructure, security architecture and tool, and services offering
• Apply IT security knowledge / experience to the MSS architecture including hardware, software and network components

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Computer Science, or IT related discipline
• Minimum 8 years working experience in IT technical environment including web application, various platforms, networking and security products
• At least 3 years working experience in security tools particular in SIEM solutions (e.g. ArcSight, enVision, etc) and vulnerability management tools
• Experience in security operation centre or managed security services provider will be an advantage
• Forensic experience of cyber-security would be an advantage
• CISA, CISM, CISSP or ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Auditor certification holder
• Strong analytical and presentation skills
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese, Cantonese speaking is required
• A good team player, self-motivate and can work independent with minimal supervision
• Candidate with less experience will be considered for the post of Managed Security Services Analyst-SCS05
