Accountabilities:

• Lead the network operations and customer services teams to deliver quality services and ensure reliable and efficient operations for the data centre services.

• Monitor the activities and services related to facilities, network infrastructure and customer support  within the data centre to ensure compliance with service pledge, company procedures and best practices.

• Conduct regular review of procedures and technological studies to automate the processes to improve operational stability and efficiency.

• Ensure the provision of quality customer services to achieve customer's satisfaction and loyalty.

• Ensure smooth running of all aspects of support services to customers and data centre operations including help desk, implementation and maintenance for IP networking, cross-connects, remote hand services as well as valued-added services such as managed firewalls and DNS, etc.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant discipline.

• Minimum 10 years’ working experience, with 8 years of solid experience in IT infrastructure operation in which 3 years in supervisory role.

• Familiar with data centre facilities, operation procedures, security practices and internet technologies.

• Possession of ITIL v3 Certificate and/or Certified Data Centre Professional qualification an advantage.

• Self-motivated, strategic thinking with sound analytical skills.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills. 

• Strong leadership, result-driven with good organizational skills.

• Proficient in spoken and written English and good command in Chinese including Putonghua.
