Job Description

• Provide business analysis and support on the system application
• Coordinate with software development staff on application support matters
• Perform system test to ensure quality products are delivered and meet customers' expectation

Job Requirement

• Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Possess support-comes-first mentality and follow up problems promptly and actively
• Hardworking, self-initiative, well organized and able to work under pressure
• Good communication and analytical skills
• Experience in travel industry is an asset
• Overseas traveling in occasion is required
• Degree in Business/ IT is considered
