Responsibilities

• Participate in the design of IT system architecture and plan for the associated enhancement work
• Provide front-line support and helpdesk services for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and work requests in the computer system infrastructure and applications within the Association
• Follow all help-desk procedures and maintain complete activity log for all issues received, handled and processed
• Monitor hardware and network equipment and take appropriate actions to handle any failure. Initiate escalation procedures if any breach in Service Level Agreement
• Update and maintain documentations and computer inventory independently for the department
• Participate in internal IT audit, and follow up the associated rectification work
• Supervise Systems Support and subcontractors to carry out their job duties

Requirements

• High Diploma or above in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Information Technology or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years experience in providing help desk support, system maintenance, IT infrastructure design, planning and administration work
• Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Server administration, Microsoft Exchange Server, Virtualization technology (VMWare and Hyper-V), Active Directory, VPN, Anti-spam, Anti-virus, backup software support, network administration, and Disaster Recovery planning
• Good command of both verbal and written Chinese and English
• A proactive team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills, self-motivated and with can-do attitude
