Responsibilities:

• Report directly to the IT manager and assist in monitoring and maintaining the ERP system and provide relevant support to user
• Support and monitoring of around 70 Windows-based office workplaces for Hong Kong and Bangladesh offices & provide helpdesk services
• Assist in monitoring of a Windows-based Cisco IP-network such as VoiP, Video Conferencing, Notebooks, MS-Office, Printer, BlackBerries
• Installation, configuration, testing and support of Notebooks, printer, BlackBerries and telephone sets
• Support and perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the IT Manager
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline
• At least 2 years relevant working experience in ERP system such as SAP or Microsoft Dynamics AX / NAV
• Good analytical, troubleshooting skills and positive working attitude
• Excellent interpersonal skill and a proactive team player
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
