Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for PC, Server, Smart phone in HK office, or support other office users by phone.
• To prepare, install and set up the PC, printers, handle data backup operation
• To setup blackberry handset.
• Handle CCTV System support and attendance system support.
• Maintain IT inventory record to facilitate maintenance and checking.
• Handle Blackberry mobile plan, roaming plan.
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• F5 or above
• 2 year or above experience
• Knowledge in Windows Server 2008/2012, PC and LAN / WAN inter-networking equipment;
• Knowledge inMSSQL2012, MYSQL5, Fedora 14 Linux, PHP5, SQL, Fortigate, Ayava phone is an advantage
• MCP/MCSE Certified is an advantage
• Strong sense of security awareness, teamwork, willing to support in non-office hour
• Good Command of  English, Cantonese & Mandarin
