Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiry
- Prepare service reports and documents
- Work with customer to provide quality service support
- Work closely with related parties on daily operations
- Handle ad-hoc assignments and other duties when required
Requirements:
- Form 5 / Form 7 or above
- With 1 to 2 years experience in customer service industry
- Work in Central Hongkong Island with 5.5 working days per week
- Good command of spoken & written English and Cantonese. Mandarin is an advantage.
- Pleasant, Polite and good telephone manner and communication skills
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure
- Able to handle multi-tasks and work independently
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc…
- Immediately available or short notice is preferred
- Candidate with less qualification will be considered as Project Administrator-YMS01
