• Degree in Information Technology or related discipline
• At least 3 years of experience in supporting Applications, experienced in dealing with overseas offices (English speaking offices)
• SharePoint 2010/2013, Dynamics CRM 2013, MS Office 2013/365, Financial applications such as JD Edwards or Progression prefer
• ITIL Qualified or good familiarity with IT Service Management Processes
• Work closely with the global support team via daily handover teleconference to
  provide support on a range of IT applications, handle a lot of phone enquiries from oversea offices
• Good written skills in production of user guides, FAQs and knowledge articles
• Strong analytical, problem solving abilities in providing accurate resolutions or
  workarounds to requests and incidents
• Able to work under own initiative with only nominal support and supervision
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
