Job Description
Develop overall sales and operation strategies for growth
Leading retail team to achieve sales targets
Further elevate the brand image through managing/improving of store maintenance, sales team's ability and attitude, and porduct presentation, operation flow, etc...
Analyze sales performance by shops to provide constructive merchadising planning and allocation
Routine store visits/stand-in's to have in-depth and up-to-date knowledge of market situation
Assist directors in managing the retail operation (currently four shops) in its entirety
