Responsibilities:

• In charge of the planning, coordinating and controlling of the whole production processes, including the daily work of production floor to ensure high quality and cost effective goods are produced on time.
• Implement and monitor tight production planning and scheduling.
• Deliver results-oriented programs (e.g. cost reduction / lean production) to drive for continuous improvement on environment, capacity and work flow.
• Develop, implement, and maintain operator training / retraining programs whilst supervising machinery maintenance and utilization ratio.
• Material sourcing.
• Prepare production costing from materials to cut and make.
• Provide technical advice to merchandising team and sample development improvement.
• Quality assurance, cost of quality, setting quality standards and other Quality management functions.
• Communicate with internal departments and factories to ensure on time delivery of product materials and finished products.
• Ensure on-time delivery of quality products.
• Improve production effectiveness and efficiency.
• Organize and monitor sample room production planning while accommodating for sampling.

• Organize inspection of the products at the factories.
• Monitor the outsourced production.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Process of technical experience in woven and to direct and provide solutions to manage day-to-day technical issues.
• Achieve profitability of the factory through efficient and effective management over costing, quality and timely delivery.
  
  
  

Job Requirements:

• Solid training of clothing/textiles technology or related discipline.
• Diploma holder in clothing / textile / manufacturing management or above.
• At least 15 years extensive experience in garment factory management, in which 10 years at senior managerial level of cut & sewn product.
• Excellent leadership, analytic mind, communication and problem solving skills.
• Mature, independent, pro-active, well-organized, creative mindset, detail minded and result oriented.
• Possess strong leadership and managerial skills and sound problem solving techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Good people management skills, self motivated & positive attitude
• Strong PC skills is essential (MS Office Suite, especially Excel)
• Working Location: Dhaka Bangladesh
