The Job:

• Work on cross-functional Business Improvement projects to enhance business performance
• Roll out quality & green programs and performance management with metrics in the organization
• Develop and maintain document and system for process & operations procedures
• Conduct various assessments and audits regarding quality, risk and environmental compliance
• Assist Manager on ad-hoc projects and training to instill quality & green culture in the Company 

The Person:

• Degree holder in Business Management, Quality Management or Environmental Management is preferred
• 2-3 years working experience in related field, fresh-graduate is also welcome
• Knowledge and experience in using 6 sigma and PMP is preferable
• Good command of both written English and Cantonese
• Sound facilitation, interpersonal, analytical and presentation skills
• Good coordination and organization skill
• Good computer knowledge (MS Outlook, MS Office, MS Visio & Chinese Word Processing)
• Customer focused, fast learner, open & detail minded, good team player and work under pressure
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Officer
