Responsibilities

The Merchandising Manager is in charge of all matters pertaining product creation, manufacturing (by sub-contracting vendors) and on-time delivery, including:

• New vendor sourcing, selection and periodic monitoring.
• Product development and validation.
• Supervision of manufacturing progress.

He/she is also responsible for managing the company’s merchandising team, to include:

• Ensure products’ tech-packs are prepared timely and correctly.
• Motivate, coordinate and supervise the team.

We require:

• University graduated or equivalent in merchandising.
• Min. 10 years relevant experience in outdoor gear and/or travel bags (soft and hard).
• Detail-oriented mindset.
• Self motivated, self-organized, responsible, hard working.
• Team player mentality and attitude.
• Written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• High degree of work ethics and integrity.
