Responsibilities

• Develop effective strategic plans relating to supply chain functions including, logistics distribution networks, warehouse, procurement, quality assurance, research & development and production operations
• Formulate and implement integrated strategies aimed to improve business profitability and growth
• Maximize opportunities in logistics efficiencies, sustainability, cost control, quality and supply chain management
• Plan and control of the production capacity according to Sales forecast and production targets
• Monitor production status including timing, volume and fulfillment of all orders
• Managing the Quality to ensure adherence to corporate quality control standards
• Manage procurement function to enhance the materials and products sourcing ability of the company
• Identify and review the business process, provide consultations and design the effective solutions for the continual process improvement in the company
• Conduct analysis on different modeling result, forecast plan, budgetary plan, optimization study and product requirements

 Requirements

• Degree holder in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
• Over 10 years in the profession of Supply Chain and/or Production Management with not less than 5 years in Senior Management level gained from reputable and well-structured manufacturing company.
• Proficient in ERP system.
• Broad knowledge of material handling, warehouse operations is required.
• Ability to formulate performance measurement and inventory control.
• Good planning, organizational and leadership skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, flexible, result-oriented.
• Willing to station in Dongguan.
