Job Description

Leadership & Strategy:

  • Development and execution of sales channel strategy to expand market reach and maximize business return and operating performance
  • Development of an effective sales and service strategy to drive the sales of new and existing products/services through selective channel partners
  • Establishment of a balanced channel distribution and presence strategy to ensure business objective alignment and minimize channel conflict


Management:

  • Manage and develop sales channel network – partner selection and relationship management
  • Develop and fine-tune sales plan
  • Use channel commission and sales incentive programs to lead sales growth
  • Drive sales and marketing engagement – product enhancements and new product development, channel-specific offer, channel sales tools etc
  • Oversee sales channel cost, profitability management and held responsible for P&L
  • Execute sound policies and procedures to establish an efficient sales channel network
  • Manage and minimize channel conflict between SCHSA sales team and external
  • Lead a sales team and enhance their performance
  • Oversee and monitor “ Customer Engagement Programs”


Experience:

  • Degree holder in business related discipline, seasoned channel management and sales professional with minimum 5 years of relevant local experience
  • Proven experience in development of new market, new business, and/or new product and services
  • Marketing background is a plus

  • Strong inter-personal and networking skills
  • Channel marketing and sales program management skills
  • Creative thinking
  • Highly flexible and enjoys working at fast pace
  • A strong believer of team work
  • A great communicator -  excellent in written and verbal Cantonese and English
