Responsibilities

• Responsible for on-going marketing campaigns coordination for the traditional media, online media, social media as well as the ecommerce channels
• Print jobs’ co-ordination and execution
• Coordinate, execute and plan marketing events regularly
• Assist in copywriting, editing, proofreading and translating of various packing, advertising and promotion materials
• Assist in media relations / PR activities’ planning, support and execution.
• Coordinate and source marketing materials suppliers
• Support in all ad hoc marketing programs and marketing-related administrative duties

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing / Communications/ Business Administration/ Event Management.
• Must have at least 3 years of experience in the field of marketing, advertising, public relations, print production or event management.
• Administrative experience in PR Agency / Marketing Department/ Production house is highly preferred.
• Fast Moving Consumer Goods FMCG/ Product marketing experience is a plus.
• Experience in supporting director/ Senior executive is preferred
• Highly multitasking with a detail-oriented mindset.
• Excellent command of Chinese and English
• Immediate availability is preferred
