Reporting to the senior management or head of manufacturing plant, you will be responsible for leading and driving the overall operation activities of our battery production, aiming to achieve the defined business goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Direct, manage and enhance the production of battery products in a vigorous manner
• Plan, oversee and coordinate all manufacturing operations of production, machinery, processing, quality control and maintenance
• Facilitate transformation of prototype into mass production
• Drive the process of new product introduction and build effective partnership with all relevant parties to ensure smooth and successful implementation
• Establish operating policies and procedures that align with the strategic business objectives
• Ensure cost effectiveness of production activities to optimize resources, prioritize spending, and achieve quality, volume and manufacturing standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or above in Operation Management or Manufacturing Engineering;
• Minimum 10 years of solid experience in manufacturing / operation management, in which 5 years at management level gained from sizeable organizations
• Proven track record in change management and delivery of outstanding operation results
• Strong project management skills
• Strong analytical thinking, business acumen and problem solving capability
• Excellent leadership, prioritizing and collaboration skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese, including Putonghua
• Stationing in Dongguan / Huizhou is required
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Operations Manager
