Responsibilities:

• Develop, design and execute effective Investor Relations programs aligned with all corporate policies and applicable financial, reporting and listing regulations.
• Help drive investor targeting program and make engagement recommendations aimed at maximizing CEO/CFO return on time invested.
• Implement strategies to ensure the organization’s relationships with shareholders reflect positively on the company goodwill.
• Effectively communicate the company's strategy and execution to investors and analysts by maintaining proactive, timely and consistent contact. 
• Analyse peer companies and other benchmarks to keep senior management informed of market trends
• Assist in representing shareholders' perspectives to senior management and prepare them for meetings with investors and/or analysts.
• Formulate and organise investment presentation and conduct investor meetings, road shows and conferences.

 Requirements:

•  Degree holder or above, major in Finance, Economics or business related disciplines. MBA/CFA desirable.
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience working for publicly listed companies.
• Strong finance/accounting, capital markets and disclosure regulations knowledge.
• Good presentation and analytical abilities.
• Strong project and time management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a strong interpersonal relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua.
• Proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint.
