The assistant PR manager should be responsible for brands of Elemis, 10/10 Space, Eve Lom, and Philip B on following job duties.

Job Duties

1. Develop and implement PR strategies and programs for strengthening the brand positioning and increasing brand awareness.
2. Plan and organize press events, interviews, product launches, PR seeding and activities to support store promotions, treatment and product launches.
3. Drive publicity through events and media channels (print, online and social media) to strengthen brand image and increase brand exposure.
4. Maintain good relationships with journalist, Bloggers, industry influencers and increase brand visibility with celebrities.
5. Prepare communication materials such as daily news summary, press releases, fact sheets, and marketing materials and handle media enquiries.
6. Plan and monitor PR budget to maximize quality PR exposure and ensure all PR activities are within budget.
7. Monitor and analyze all media coverage and competitor’s activities Support ad hoc PR projects as assigned Develop content to drive customer growth and maintain budget guidelines.

Skill Requirement

1. Degree in Communications/Journalism/Marketing or related disciplines.
2. 3 years of PR experience in Media/ in-house PR / Agency / Reporter / Editor and Communications preferably in high end fashion, jewellery, skincare, beauty sectors, and/or luxury retail industry.
3. Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
4. Detail-minded, prompt and efficient response is a must.
5. Strong media and social contacts will be highly preferable.
6. Strong written and spoken of English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
