Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • To work with the Strategic Communications Director to execute on corporate communication strategies for the Group and for its companies
  • To draft press releases and support the Strategic Communications Director in drafting speeches, corporate presentations and any media preparation material for the Group spokespersons
  • To manage project budgets and ensure spend is within allocated amount
  • To work with the Strategic Communications Director to help build and implement the Group Internal Communications strategy
  • To help draft, edit and distribute internal messages and to manage the internal communication process
  • To provide quarterly intelligence reports on competitors and market trends, analyzing and interpreting data and reports
  • To work with the team and identify and execute ways to increase employee’s loyalty, satisfaction and pride with the Lane Crawford Joyce Group experience
Requirements:
  • At least six (6) years’ experience in Corporate Communications positions acquired  from a multinational organization
  • Exposure to big internal communications projects is a plus
  • Degree in Business Administration or Journalism or Communications is preferred.
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English
  • Track record working in a fast-paced, dynamic organization able to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Team player with excellent presentation and communications skills and able to build relationship with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen
