Responsibilities:

• Attend to global customer enquiries with regards to security system issues
• Provide technical support to global customer in system configuration, testing & commissioning, preventive maintenance and breakdown troubleshooting
• Manage and monitor the physical security system of global customer in Asia Pacific, include it’s health status, database maintenance etc.
• Liaise and coordinate with vendors and global customer on implementation of physical security system project
• Monitor and track project implementation status
• Undertake other duties related to physical security system
• Based on site upon customer request in management the regional Electronic Security related matter

Requirements:

• Competent knowledge in electronic security system technologies
• Solid experience in project management and system maintenance
• Holder of Security Personnel Permit 'Type D'
• Trained in Software House CCure System and Geoffrey System will be a benefit
• Fluent in both writing and spoken of English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Good project Management knowledge
