Responsibilities:

• Manage key accounts, maintaining long term relationships with customers, maximizing sales opportunities, and identify opportunities to maximize business growth / sales to customers.
• Interact and align with all relevant departments, such as Merchandising, Product Development, and Design team, to resolve customer issues and requests.
• Actively establish business with new customers and grow and maintain the business with current customers.
• Prepare quotations together with Merchandising department.
• Organize and host customer meetings.
• Maintain product presentation in showroom, and arrange product line presentations.
• Drive and develop sales and marketing materials, including sales presentations and web-site.
• Collect and analyze product feedback and sales through data from customers.
• Give input to new product development based on customer and market feedback / trends.
  

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in related discipline is an advantage.
• Minimum 2-3 years sales and marketing experience in toys field.
• Independent, proactive, and result oriented individual who likes a challenge.
• Occasional travel to manufacturers in China may be required.
• Fluent of spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
